The LCCC Purpose

Lafayette County Cancer Coalition's mission is to provide education, assistance, public understanding and support services to victims and families of Lafayette County in matters related to cancer and its eventual elimination. Our services are available for ALL residents of Lafayette County. Those services include assistance with transportation costs, food supplement, assistance with wig costs, assistance with costs associated with mammograms and prostate exams, and a support network for patients and caregivers (816-225-5547). Our informational resources, assistance forms, events, etc. can be found online at www.lafcocancer.org. Our sources of income are memorials, charitable donations or events, the annual Lafayette County Cancer Coalition Harry Smith Memorial Golf Tournament, and our annual 5K Run/Walk. Every dollar received is used for cancer patients living in Lafayette County. Our organization consists of all volunteers. If you need further information or have questions, please contact us at lafcocancer@gmail.com.
